We stop here a few times a year and have always been happy with the food. They have two sections, the 202 Grille and Herrick's Tavern (restaurant side/bar side.) During warmer weather they have outdoor seating and an ice cream window. Being relatively close to the highway they are usually busier during warmer months. They are also one of the only restaurants in the immediate area.
Some of our usual food items are pesto tortellini, buffalo chicken salad and wrap, and the burgers. Their nightly specials are usually more expensive (what I expect from specials isn't higher prices, but your opinion may differ.) Prices are on the high side for a casual place like this, but the food is fresh and the service is good. I have also tried the crab cakes and enjoyed them. -

Just went to get ice cream there a few minutes ago. Ice cream was good but the girl at the window was beyond rude. She was cleaning the gunk out of the window track with a spoon and a rag. I was standing right in front of her and she was ignoring me. It wasn't until I said hello when she finally looked up, said "hey" and walked away. She came back about 30 seconds later and took my order. No smile, no eye contact. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Definitely won't be going back there anytime soon.

This place is awesome. You can play mini golf next to it and then come here for ice cream. You got a huge Regular size ice cream for only $2.50.
It's almost like a large size from other ice cream store. They only take cash though, but they do have a ATM in the restaurant. There is a big parking lot on the back of the restaurant. -

If you're doing the Mohawk Trail, stop in. Excellent sandwiches. Warm, friendly joint for locals. Great Reuben sand and cheesesteak grinder.
